The candidate must be female only, married or unmarried aged between 17 to 35 years as on 31/12/2022 for the Academic Session 2023-26.


▶ Nationality
  1. She should be citizen of India.
  2. She shall be a resident of West Bengal uninterruptedly for atleast five years preceding the date of making the application for admission to the training Academy.

  1. Class 12th Pass out with any stream (Arts / Commerce / Science) from any Govt. recognized board/council/university

  4. Any rank in WBJEE for ANM & GNM entrance exam
  5. The minimum age criteria is 17 years and the maximum age limit is 35 years

  1. Admit card, Marksheets, Certificate of class 10th.
  2. Marksheets, Certificate of HS / Class 12th.
  3. Aadhar Card.
  4. Admit card, Rank Card of WBJEE for ANM & GNM entrance exam.
  5. 4 Copies of PP size recent photos.
▶ Instructions
  1. Marks obtained in the vocational or additional subjects will not be considered.
  2. Application form to be filled up in candidate’s own handwriting as per profoma. All the columns should be properly filled up.
